Can One Person Make A Difference?

When I first went vegetarian back in 2008, a lot of my friends and family asked me why I’d bother since I was only one person. Did I really think that my actions made that much of a difference? I mean, this was a big problem I was talking about, why would I think me, being one person, would matter.

This is an important question worth diving into. You hear it a lot. Can one person really make a difference? Does it matter what we do as individuals?
