A number of years ago I wondered what I would eat if I went plant based. Currently there are many outstanding cookbooks at Amazon.com which was not the case just a few years ago. I enjoy eating whole food plant based and have no desire to go back. Cheese was definitely the most difficult change but I seem to have recovered from my cheese addiction. I have read thousands of scientific journal articles, have been to McDougall Advanced weekend twice, taught classes at our college. I am convinced that for the environment, economics, ethics and health individually and collectively eating whole food plant based is the way to go. Thanks.
