At 60, my glucose levels were in the pre-diabetes range, so I decided to try Devin’s 30-day vegan challenge.  The results were impressive — my blood sugar returned to normal, and my cholesterol dropped 8 points!  I continued following Devin’s guidelines for eating a healthy plant-based diet, and have lost 40 pounds and now have a normal BMI. I am confident that as long as I continue to follow this  great-tasting plant-based diet, I am in no danger of developing adult-onset diabetes or heart disease.
